The Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology at Sibar Institute of Dental Sciences organized a national-level workshop specifically designed for Oral Medicine and Radiology postgraduate students from across the country. The course, titled “Elevating Excellence in Specialized Oral Medicine: Strategies for Thriving Private Practice,” was led by Dr. D. Rama Raju, CEO of Raamah Bio Care Pvt. Ltd and a private practitioner with 25 years of experience. As a facilitator he emphasized the importance of excellence in specialized oral medicine and its direct impact on the success of a private practice. The course featured an open Q &A session, allowing participants to discuss specific challenges they face in their practices. He also provided personalized advice on topics such as patient acquisition, stress management, and incorporating new technologies into practice. A significant number of delegates from the three departments nationwide participated in the course.
