The Faculty Development Programme on Teaching, Learning and Assessment was organised by IQAC, Sibar Institute of Dental Sciences, Guntur, from 26th–30th May 2026. The programme focused on enhancing faculty competencies in teaching, curriculum design, assessment, and competency-based education. Expert-led interactive sessions covered academic leadership, student engagement, technology-enhanced learning, mentoring, and reflective practice. Pre- and post-assessments were conducted to evaluate learning outcomes.
