On the National Pediatric Dentist Day, 3rd December 2025, Department of Pediatric and Preventive Dentistry, Sibar Institute of Dental Sciences, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh organized a professional development session with lecture titled “Painless to Pain-free Dentistry” with Dr Yusuf K Chunawala MDS, Professor & Head Department of Pedodontics and Preventive Dentistry, M.A. Rangoonwala College of Dental Sciences & Research Centre, Pune as the resource person. A total of 80 postgraduate students, interns, and faculty members actively participated in the event. The session highlights advancements in local anaesthesia delivery systems, behavioural management strategies, and minimally invasive treatment approaches that enhance patient comfort and cooperation. The lecture is concluded with an elaborate Q & A Session and a valedictory function where the resource person was felicitated.
