On the occasion of International Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons Day on 13th February 2024, we the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery conducted quiz competition and treasure hunt for undergraduate, interns, and post graduate students. Prizes were awarded to the winners of the treasure hunt and quiz competition, who were OMR PGs and interns, respectively.
As a part of this event, a program named “SANJEEVANI” was organized and lectures on Medical Emergencies, Oral Cancer Screening and Examination, and Basic Life Support were given followed by a pledge to promote Road Safety Awareness.
Dr.K. Tara who topped in the subject of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in final year B.D.S examination, 2023 was awarded textbook of Medical Emergencies by Malamed. A total of 300 students attended this program.
